Our offer is directed exclusively in company, authorities, associations and independent for the purposes of §14 BGB. All prices stated in the on-line shop are net prices and get on plus of the legal VAT private customers, unfortunately, we cannot supply.

Registered customers receive with orders in the shop automatically a discount from 2.5% on the net goods value and can choose, in addition, invoice as a payment kind. We calculate postage, - Delivery.- and packing charges after the price-list dependent on weight of the Deutschen Post AG. By delivery cash on delivery the COD charge is to be paid, in addition.

Then we work out an offer with conformist conditions for you.

The delivery occurs in general within 5 working days from the order or payment entrance. Should we refrain the delivery within this time cannot be unwound, we inform you immediately. Registered customers can request free of charge for sample. We calculate non-registered customer per pattern inclusively 1 € plus 3 € of forwarding expenses which are refunded after a customer registration with a regular order.

After your first order with registration you receive from us a confirmation mail with your elective mail address and your provided code-word. Herewith you can announce yourselves with the following orders on the start-, or order side. Then the address data and delivery dates are automatically taken over. About the menu point " your account " you can change your topical data any time.
